Cancellations

We know life happens! So, if you have to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to give us 24 hours advance notice. Someone else might want your appointment time. BeSimple reserves the right to charge your card a service fee, up to the full amount for the service cancelled without appropriate notice. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Everyone’s time is valuable, so please arrive 5 minutes early to discuss your needs for the service scheduled and to be sure we start promptly.

Scheduling

We’d love to make BeSimple a part of your lifestyle. For appointments, call us at 615-423-8156 or you may book online. Please have your credit card number available to reserve your appointment. We won’t charge your card until your appointment time, or you may use another form of payment if you prefer. We suggest calling 24 hours ahead for appointments to get the time you want. We accept same day appointments if we have availability, however booking in advance assures that you get the time your want and the most out of your session at BeSimple.

BeSimple Code of Ethics

Here at BeSimple, we abide by the Code of Ethics of the industry standards described by the American Massage Therapy Association.
Massage sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays the full cost of the session. Law enforcement will be notified if deemed appropriate.

Client Confidentiality

We understand privacy is important., client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our lists with outside companies or anyone.
